President

Michael Willburn is President of Infloor Heating Systems with almost two decades of experience in the industry. Before accepting this role in 2010, he served as Vice President of the company for two years, from 2008-2010, and worked as a representative of Infloor since 1995. He has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of radiant heating and snow melt systems, and solar and geo thermal applications. Michael designs systems for custom residential and light commercial applications, and assists with troubleshooting and installation training, in addition to overseeing the company operation.
As President of Infloor, Michael upholds the quality and integrity the company has become known for, while moving the business forward as a leader in the radiant heating industry. Infloor aims to be the trusted provider for all radiant heating solutions that families and businesses call on by name. He was formerly trained by Infloor in heating applications, designing systems, and installation, in addition to comprehensive manufacture training. He has designed systems to work with many applications fueled by water heaters, high-efficiency boilers, solar thermal, geo thermal, and wood and cast iron boilers. He also teaches classes on Infloor radiant heating at the basic and advanced level, and on evacuated tube and flat plate solar thermal systems.
Chief Financial Officer

Cathy Naffziger is the Chief Financial Officer of Infloor Heating Systems, and has held the position since joining the family business in 2005. Her role encompasses managing the company finances, and overseeing electrical sales, technical support, and inventory control. She has been an integral part of Infloor’s team with a strong radiant heating background working alongside her husband at their heating company. Her experience ranges from job bidding to tube installation for infloor radiant heat and snowmelt systems.
She enjoys spending with her family, as well as reading, watching football and baseball, and cheering on the Broncos and Rockies.
Vice President

Tim Willburn is Vice President of Infloor Heating Systems, focusing on the technical services of the company since accepting the role in 2010. He has substantial industry knowledge and radiant heating installation experience at Infloor, joining the family business in 1995. His strengths include troubleshooting and servicing the systems that Infloor designs, manufactures, and sells. Tim has traveled the country for industry and manufacture training, including boiler and solar thermal systems.
Tim enjoys spending free time with his family, and playing golf, as well as being outdoors mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
Director of Sales and Service

Scott Clark is Director of Sales and Service at Infloor Heating Systems, joining the team in 2005. He is the customer’s first point of contact, handling most inside sales calls and inquiries. Additionally, he provides technical support, designs and sells hot water heat systems, performs heat-loss calculations, and provides data to get plans through various municipalities, ensuring that each specific set of plans is designed properly. Scott goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations by listening to our customer’s wants and needs and works with them to determine the best radiant heating solution for their budget. His training and education includes advanced hydronics, insulation solutions, heat transfer, solar and geo thermal, and more.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys exercising and road cycling.
