We want to ensure our parts and products get to you the same way they left us. For example, we build custom crates around our custom-made, pre-fab mechanical boards for shipping. Recently, we shipped one to a homeowner in Michigan to be used with a Warmboard, Inc. application. They were so thrilled with it, they sent us a note, with pictures, to let us know, which said:
“The board arrived in perfect condition. There was not even one single scratch on the crate, and the driver had a lift gate and pallet trolley. I was impressed that your crate was screwed together. What an incredible packing job. I opened everything to make sure there was no damage since the install date is still a month away. Everything looks perfect. What a great job! This is beautiful.
