Highly insulating pads hinder the ability of a radiant floor heating system to generate adequate heat, so supplemental heat may be required during cold periods. Infloor Carpet Cushion's low insulating value allows more heat to be transferred from the floor even at lower thermostat settings. This improves heating system performance and efficiency while ensuring longer life of carpet and pad.

Applications
There's no more versatile pad than Infloor Carpet Cushion. Install it with tackless strips. Or double glue the cushion and carpet to virtually any subfloor. Double gluing is perfect for commercial or institutional applications because it reduces seam stress and carpet flexing under heavy wheeled loads.
Infloor Carpet Cushion can be installed below grade, too. Over concrete, wood, gypsum underlayments - even over some old floor coverings.
