Electric Heating Systems
Infloor offers electric radiant systems for any application. Electric cable systems can be utilized as primary space heating or as simple floor warming. They can be adapted to any size area and can be installed in a thin mortar bed under your tile area. Additionally, we offer complete controls for electric radiant systems, new or existing.
InfloorBoard
Infloorboard™ is a flooring system that is designed to be installed on top of a subfloor application. Itcontains enough thermal mass to be effective, but not so much that it’s difficult to control. Infloorboard™ is only 5/8” thick, allowing installation on an existing floor with minimal changes to existing floor heights. No other product combines the performance, ease of installation and cost-effectiveness of Infloorboard.
InfloorBoard II
InfloorBoard II expands on the concept of InfloorBoard. Outstanding for both new construction and retrofit, InfloorBoard II™ allows for fast and effective installation of PEX tubing in virtually every application. It is green-treated, making it applicable on-slab without any extra preparation. InfloorBoard II™ comes in a single panel style that can be adapted to any area and employed in any situation. The boards are grooved for 3/8” tubing with each board able to provide turns or straight runs, while the tongue-and-groove construction allows for easy installation.
Radiant Trak
Radiant Trak is the ultimate product for radiant under-subfloor applications. Infloor Radiant Trak plates are installed between the joist spaces on the underside of the subfloor. The high quality extruded aluminum provides for a good heat transfer between the plates and the subfloor, warming the entire plate and floor. Radiant Trak is inexpensive to install and can be utilized for floor warming or for primary space heating and is versatile enough to be used in most applications. Infloor does not promote the use of staple up systems without the use of Radiant Trak.
Mechanical Boards
Infloor produces many different pre-assembled mechanical boards to control hydronic heating systems. Our boards provide complete system control of multiple zones and the system boiler. They can also be configured to control an indirect fired water heater that runs off of the boiler. If you have a unique system, we can even custom build a mechanical board specifically for you.
System Controls
Infloor offers an entire line of electric and hydronic radiant heating system controls. From thermostats to zone valve controllers and pump switching relays, Infloor has a simple solution for your radiant heating system. Hydronic Fittings
Infloor has many standard pex fittings. Whether you’re using crimp, or compression fittings, there is a part to solve your problem.
